Privacy policy

The short version: we only collect what you type in to order a letter, we use it only to make and mail that letter, and we don't track you.

What we collect

• Letter details you enter, such as a child's first name, age, and the other personal touches you choose to include.
• Checkout details: your name, email, and the mailing address the letters go to.

That's it. We don't ask for anything the letter doesn't need.

What we don't do

• No analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.
• No accounts, no email marketing, and no tracking in our emails.
• We never sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of payment information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Order emails

We email you an order confirmation and a note when your letters are mailed. That's all we send. These emails go out through our email delivery provider, Resend, and contain no tracking pixels or tracked links.

Your cart

Letters in your cart are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they're still there if you come back. That data stays on your device until you check out, remove the letters, or clear your browser data.

How long we keep it

Order details are kept with your payment record for tax and bookkeeping. If you'd like a child's letter details deleted after your letters are mailed, email hello@prhservices.org and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is for parents and other adults. Children don't use it, and we don't knowingly collect information from children directly.
