Who we are

Letters from Holiday World is operated by PRH Services LLC, 117 Smithtown Road, Ashland, VA 23005. You can reach us at hello@prhservices.org or 804-842-4251.

Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and include printing, the envelope, and First-Class postage. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Charges appear on your card statement as PRH SERVICES LLC.

The letters

Letters are written by our team in the voice of holiday characters and printed from the details you provide. The preview shows exactly what will be printed, so please double-check spelling before you check out.

Delivery

We mail to U.S. addresses by First-Class Mail. Scheduled letters are held and mailed so they arrive by the date you chose. The North Pole postmark is provided through a USPS public program; Letters from Holiday World is not affiliated with or endorsed by USPS.

Delivery guarantee

Each letter shows a “guaranteed” order-by date for its arrive-by date. If you order by that date and the letter doesn't arrive by the arrive-by date, email us and we'll refund that letter in full. The guarantee covers addresses in the 50 states and D.C., and doesn't apply to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Letters ordered after the guaranteed date are mailed as quickly as we can, but their arrival date isn't guaranteed.

Changes & refunds

Email hello@prhservices.org to fix a typo or cancel before your letter is printed, and we'll update or refund it. If a letter never arrives, tell us and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
